Artist Lynn Lu recently used audio from “The Pigeon Game” in an installation/performance piece titled “Ultima Thule.” The work was created for “A Crossroads” exhibition at the Institute for Contemporary Art in Singapore in March 2011. Lynn built a dovecote full of speakers playing different sounds, including the cooing and wings sounds of the pigeons from the film and Benedetto Vieni’s meditation on pigeon racing being about “the love of home.”
